Haluatko olla mukana ideoimassa tulevaisuuden parasta opiskelijatapahtumaa? Onko sinulla suuruudenhullu, kekseliäs tai muuten vaan loistava tapahtumaidea, jonka haluaisit nähdä järjestettävän?

Indecsin vuoden 2022 kärkiprojekteihin kuuluu Indecs2024-suunnitelman mukainen uuden tapahtumakonseptin kehittäminen. Tapahtumasta halutaan tehdä Indecsin näköinen, joten mukaan tarvitaan jäsenistöä ideoimaan tapahtumasta meidän näköistä! Jos siis haluat olla mukana luomassa tulevaa Suomen parasta opiskelijatapahtumaa, tule mukaan! Tapahtumaan osallistuminen ei vaadi tietämystä tai kokemusta tapahtumista tai niiden järjestämisestä vaan avointa suhtautumista uusiin ideoihin! Sinulla ei myöskään tarvitse olla valmista ideaa jonka tulet esittelemään, vaan Workshopin aikana kehitetään yhdessä uusia ideoita tapahtumatiimi2021 hyväksi toteamilla menetelmillä. Olit siis fuksi tai vanhempi tieteenharjoittaja, tarvitsemme juuri sinua!

Tapahtuma järjestetään kielikeskuksessa 4.10. 17-19 ja ohjelmaan kuuluu brainstormausta pienemmissä ja suuremmissa ryhmissä, ideoiden esittelyä ja mokkapalojen syömistä.

Do you want to be involved in ideating the best student event of the future? Do you have a crazy, inventive or otherwise just great event idea that you would like to see organized?

Indecs' top projects for 2022 include the development of a new event concept in accordance with the Indecs2024 plan. We want to make the event look like Indecs, so we need members to come up with ideas for the event like ours! So if you want to take part in creating the future best student event in Finland, come along! Participating in the event does not require knowledge or experience of events or their organization, but an open attitude to new ideas! You also don't need a ready-made idea that you will present, but during the Workshop new ideas will be developed together using the methods approved by the eventteam2021. So you were a freshman or a senior researcher, we need you!

The event will take place at the language center on October 4. 17-19 and the program includes brainstorming in smaller and larger groups, presentation of ideas and eating mocha pieces.

Hämeenkadun Appro (https://appro.fi/) on pian täällä!  

Suomen suurin ja kaunein opiskelijatapahtuma Hämeenkadun Appro on järjestetty jo vuodesta 1982. Tapahtuma kerää vuosittain Tampereelle yli 12 000 korkeakouluopiskelijaa ympäri Suomea. Tapahtuma koostuu Keskustorin tapahtuma-alueesta, approkierroksesta sekä jatkoista.

Hämeenkadun Approssa on tarkoitus kiertää ennalta määrättyjä baareja, ravintoloita ja muita suorituspaikkoja Tampereen keskustan alueella ja kerätä suoritusmerkintöjä appropassiin. Kerättyään vaaditun määrän suoritusmerkintöjä, osallistuja ansaitsee määrää vastaavan tutkinnon.  

Nyt Indecsin jäsenistöllä on mahdollisuus ostaa lippuja ennakkoon Suomen suosituimpaan opiskelijatapahtumaan.

Lippuja on varattu Indecsille 200 kpl ja yhden lipun hinta on 24 €. Max 2 lippua/osallistuja. Jos Indecsin lipunmyynti täyttyy tunnin sisällä, lipunsaajat arvotaan.

Approilla on 4 virallista jatkopaikkaa, joihin kiintiöt määräytyvät seuraavanlaisesti:
-Messukeskus A (JVG). Ei rajoitusta lippumäärässä  
-Messukeskus E (Martin Jensen). Ei rajoitusta lippumäärässä  
-Ilona (Karri Koira). Max. 30 lippua/ainejärjestö  
-Ranta&Poro (Pihlaja). Max. 20 lippua/ainejärjestö

Ilmoittautumisessa valitse itsellesi suosikki- ja varajatkopaikka. Jos Ilona ja Ranta&Poro täyttyvät ilmoituksen aukiollessa, arvotaan jatkopaikan saajat.

Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa 14.9. klo 12.00 ja sulkeutuu 18.9. klo 23.55

Finland’s biggest and the most beautiful student event Hämeenkadun Appro has been organized since 1982. The event gathers over 12 000 students from all over Finland to Tampere every year. The event consists of Keskustori’s event area, the pub crawl and the after party.  

In Hämeenkadun Appro you’re supposed to go around predetermined bars, restaurants around Tampere’s city center and stamps in your crawl pass. After collecting required amount of marks, the participant achieves equivalent degree.  

Now Indecs members have the opportunity to buy tickets in advance for the most popular student event in Finland.

200 tickets have been reserved for Indecs and the price of one ticket is 24 €. Max 2 tickets/person. If the Indecs ticket sales fill up within an hour, the ticket recipients will be drawn.

Appro has 4 official after parties, for which the quotas are determined as follows:
-Mesukeskus A (JVG). No limit on the number of tickets
-Mesukeskus E (Martin Jensen). No limit on the number of tickets
- Ilona (Karri Koira). Max. 30 tickets/subject organization
-Ranta&Poro (Pihlaja). Max. 20 tickets/subject organization

When registering, choose your favorite- and second favorite after parties. If Ilona and Ranta&Poro are filled while the registration is open, the winners of the after parties will be drawn.

Registration opens on 14.9. at 12:00 and closes on 18.9. at 23:55

Mikä olisikaan parempi tapa viettää kolmioetkoja kuin erilaisten (juoma)pelien merkeissä ja samalla tutustuen uusiin tuttavuuksiin? Indecs ja Skilta järjestää yhteiset kolmioetkot ja luvassa on mitä parempia pelejä sekä täydellinen mahdollisuus päästä pelaamaan Skillan sähköiskua sekä Indecsin ensiesiintymisessä olevaa Jallutähteä. Tule siis bommariin klo 18 näyttämään omat bb, Flip the cup sekä muut hauskat pelitaidot. Luvassa on myös singstaria!
Ilmottautuminen alkaa 7.10. klo 12:00 ja sulkeutuu 9.10. klo 23:59. Molemmilla killoilla on omat ilmottautumislinkit, joten ilmoittaudu oman killan linkistä. Tapahtuma on rajoitettu niin, että kummaltakin killalta pääsee 50 osallistujaa ja jos Indecsin ilmoittautuminen täyttyy tunnissa, osallistujat arvotaan.

What would be a better way to spend a Kolmio pre-party than playing different (drinking) games while getting to know new people? Indecs and Skilta organize joint pre-party and there will be traditional games and a perfect opportunity to play Skilla's electric shock and Indecs' debut Jallutähti. So come to bommari at 6 pm to show your bb, Flip the cup and other fun game skills. There will also be singstar!
Registration starts on October 7. at 12:00 and closes on 9.10. at 23:59. Both guilds have their own registration links, so register from your guild's link. The event is limited to 50 participants from each guild, and if the Indecs’ registration is full in an hour, the participants will be drawn.
